Low and Slow Pork Cheeks
Ingredients:
- 1 x Packet Low and Slow Pork Cheeks (ready spiced)
- 100ml BBQ Sauce
Method:
- Set up your Weber for indirect cooking at 120 degrees celsius, or if you are using a smoker or oven preheat to 120 degrees celsius.
- Place pork cheeks uncovered onto the grid and cook for 3 hours at 120 degrees.
- Baste with BBQ Sauce.
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 89 degrees celsius.
