Low and Slow Pork Butt Bone In

Ingredients:

  1. 1 x Packet Low and Slow Pork Butt Bone In (ready spiced)

Method:

  1. Set up your Weber for indirect cooking at 120 degrees celsius, or if you are using a smoker or oven preheat to 120 degrees celsius.
  2. Place pork butt uncovered onto the grid and cook for 3 hours.at 120 degrees.
  3. Wrap pork butt in butcher paper or foil and return to the grid for 3 hours at 120 degrees celsius.
  4. Remove from grid and rest for 1 hour in a cooler box.
  5. Shred and serve with BBQ sauce.
