Low and Slow Pork Butt Bone In
Ingredients:
- 1 x Packet Low and Slow Pork Butt Bone In (ready spiced)
Method:
- Set up your Weber for indirect cooking at 120 degrees celsius, or if you are using a smoker or oven preheat to 120 degrees celsius.
- Place pork butt uncovered onto the grid and cook for 3 hours.at 120 degrees.
- Wrap pork butt in butcher paper or foil and return to the grid for 3 hours at 120 degrees celsius.
- Remove from grid and rest for 1 hour in a cooler box.
- Shred and serve with BBQ sauce.
