Ingredients:

  1. 1 x Packet Low and Slow Pork Belly (ready spiced)

Method:

  1. 1 Set up your Weber for indirect cooking at 120 degrees celsius, or if you are using a smoker or oven preheat to 120 degrees celsius.
  2. Place pork belly uncovered onto the grid and cook for 3 hours at 120 degrees.
  3. Cook until internal temperature reaches 74 degrees celsius
  4. Rest for half an hour before cutting
