Low and Slow Pork Belly
Ingredients:
- 1 x Packet Low and Slow Pork Belly (ready spiced)
Method:
- 1 Set up your Weber for indirect cooking at 120 degrees celsius, or if you are using a smoker or oven preheat to 120 degrees celsius.
- Place pork belly uncovered onto the grid and cook for 3 hours at 120 degrees.
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 74 degrees celsius
- Rest for half an hour before cutting
