Low and Slow Pork Belly Pieces
Ingredients:
- 1 x Packet Low and Slow Pork Belly Pieces (ready spiced)
- 2 x Table spoons Brown sugar
- 100g butter
- 100ml BBQ Sauce
Method:
- Set up your Weber for indirect cooking at 120 degrees celsius, or if you are using a smoker or oven preheat to 120 degrees celsius.
- Place pork belly pieces uncovered onto the grid and cook for 2 hours at 120 degrees.
- Place in a foil tray and add 2 x table spoons of brown sugar , 100g butter and 100ml BBQ.
- Cover tray with foil and place on the grid at 120 degrees for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and cook for another hour at 150 degrees celsius.
