330g can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 medium apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
50g finely chopped onion
2 to 3 teaspoons curry powder
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 pork chops (750g – 1kg)
Combine all ingredients except pork chops in mixing bowl and blend well.
Arrange pork chops in a glass casserole. Pour curry mixture on top. Cover. Microwave at Medium Power for 15 – 21 minutes or until chops are tender. Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
