180ml Tomato sauce
180ml orange or apple juice
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
25g dark brown sugar
1 clove garlic crushed or finely chopped
¼ to ½ teaspoon chilli sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1kg pork loin ribs

Combine all ingredients except ribs in a glass bowl. Microwave uncovered at High Power for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Set aside.

Cut ribs into 3 – 4 serving pieces. Arrange in a round baking dish overlapping slightly. Cover and microwave at Med-High Power for 12 – 15 minutes rearranging the ribs in the dish after 8 minutes cooking. Drain off juices and rearrange ribs in dish once again. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs.

Microwave uncovered at Med-High Power for 10 – 14 minutes or until ribs are tender. Rearrange ribs and baste with sauce after 4 minutes cooking time.
